• 0.75oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

• 0.75oz. Simple Syrup

• 1 Egg White

Build in a pint glass and dry shake to incorporate ingredients. Add ice and shake long and hard. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with apple slices on a bamboo stick.
